Financial Support
ITC grants are a contribution for travelling, accommodation and subsistence expenses, registration fee, printing of scientific poster and overall effort. No invoices are required.
Conference grants are awarded up to a maximum of €2,500, but average demands around €1,200 are expected for face-to-face conferences, and €500 for online conferences. A detailed budget is requested for the application.
Grant Awarding Process
The supported activity, including reporting and payment, must be carried out entirely within one Grant Period. Each Grant Period runs from 1 November until 31 October of the following year.
Applications will be evaluated based on their quality and their relevance to the objectives of PSY-NET and its Working Groups:
- Each application will first be screened by the Grant Awarding Coordinator to verify completeness and relevance to the Action
- Incomplete applications will be rejected, with the possibility to resubmit
- Applications that pass the initial screening will be reviewed by the Grant Evaluation Committee (1–2 members per WG, nominated by WG leaders)
- The assessment will focus on the relevance of the proposed activity to the Action
- The final decision will be made by the Core Group
- Successful applicants will receive an official grant award letter
Please note, the selection policy promotes gender balance.
Reporting & Payment
The applicant claims the payment of the grant via e-COST when the activity has ended, and the report is submitted and accepted. The grantee submits the report using the ITC conference report template before 15 October.
